I tried to bypass the Rockstar social club and he was again the winner in the battle.
My actions in steam-versions of GTA4:
Downloaded files the link. Run the game. Went to Rockstar social club (as usual not the first time). Played a bit over the network. Out. Replaced the files according to the instructions. Launched GTA4 (the window with the launch of a social club does not appear), online mode available. Out. Run the game again - everything worked without social club. That is, the files to replace the work correctly and solve the problem. Overload the PC. Start GTA4 again. This time will not let me into online mode without a social club. Repeated all again after you reboot again you need to run Rockstar social club. Maybe steam checks the game files after reboot. Normal version ГТ4:
Launch GTA4. A window appears Rockstar social club. 1. Not included in the Rockstar social club 2. Not included in the Rockstar social club 3. Not included in the Rockstar social club... 50. Not included in the Rockstar social club... 103. Not included in the Rockstar social club... The experiment had to be discontinued for technical reasons. and did you rename the "Paul.dll" into "your username².dll with the normal cd-version?

Steam-version is included in the social club sometimes at once, sometimes you need to attempt to login several times - not so important, but it turns out. Change the name of the file helps, but sometimes slips again and need to start over. But I forgot to try it on the CD version of the game that was set up late last night again. Earlier I almost three years I played it. Often it was impossible to log in Rockstar social club even after 1000 times ))) But I don't want to continue to see the login box for the Rockstar social club. Recently he is working worse and worse - probably will soon cease to work at all( No wonder in one of the reviews about GTA4 in the steam was written something like "If you were able to get into the game at once - you God". |

I always start the game from root folder Grand Theft Auto IV!
The LaunchGTAIV file,run as administrator!
I use a licensed version of the game! Previously used to log into the game license disk! After replacing the files,no CD needed!
Antivirus program:
Put game folder to exceptions in the antivirus program.
Put the file LaunchGTAIV and GSC.dll in exceptions of your antivirus program.
"Rockstar social club for GTA V auto start at system startup?":
Can't that be something to do with authorization profile for GTA IV?

Can't that be something to do with authorization profile for GTA IV? Thank you Russian Driver. Read tips. Put all new files in the firewall exceptions (I don't have antivirus software). And most importantly - disable Rockstar social club from startup (he was there from the CD version of the game even when it was removed). Of course before that, repeated all the steps for replacing files in the steam version of the game (in CD version and it was not possible to log in to social club - the app even tries to do this to check on it and did not work). Several times already overloaded PC. Running GTA4 without problems. Enters the online mode without social club. Start the usual way - from the library of steam. Finally I don't see the startup screen of the Rockstar social club. I hope at least a few days GTA4 will not be torturing me. It is a pity that almost no players in the race - all players in free mode now. |

Thanks for the help with solving problems logging into Rockstar social club.
Second day - flight is normal. After replacing the files of the graphics settings reset themselves to a minimum, detailing, and visibility 0 (possibly a problem with my video card that were before). FPS was up to 3000 when you download the track, about 250 in the lobby and in the race 20-130-40-160 fluctuations that caused lag in the game - grandpa4711 saw it yesterday.
I went into graphics settings, set the previous settings, later went to the race - everything was fine, 50-53 FPS again.
Yesterday in race one of the players wrote that solved the problem simply deleting the file "paul.dll".
