Video Taping Event for the CEO-Rockstar-Editor-Challenge

heyho crew,
there is a Rockstar Editor Challenge running for the new CEO-content. I would like to take part in it and of course i need your help to do so!
It will need a bunch of people, i think 10 would be enough. And we will have to work on a little script before. I will not take part as an actor and will focus on giving you some instructions and placing the camera/hiding my character.
My thoughts so far:
1st shooting:
A CEO and his staff (6 people) enter the office. The CEO takes a drink, then sits down at his writing desk. The other players use the environment of the bureau (telescope, Laptops, Drink, look outside the window, talk to the assistant, place down and play/watch tv. That is a slow scene to show the bureau and what u can do in it.
2nd shooting:
The staff actors get up/stop what they are doing and come together at the table. They sit down and wait a second for the CEO, who comes to the table, places his revolver onto the table and begins to explain the plan. The staffpeople turn their heads to where the CEO is sitting and sometimes move their head to focus another staff member.
3rd shooting
First one to stand up from the table is the CEO, who walks to his safe and takes something out. The staff stands up and walks along the laptops to the entrance to wait there. Little talk there with gestures, e.g. to show they think their CEO must be crazy. they walk into the room with the clothes to change their clothes.
For that video i would prefer the mission with the titan which has to be flown over the spots with the red smoke to drop boxes with little parachutes. That looks very very nice in the sundown. I will try to play it some more times in the next days to complete further shootings.
There are 3 people left, who will be the enemies.
