For those of us who are interested in winning (don't know if there are such people in a The Racing Club xD): Infos about the Rockstar Editor Contest (#CEO)Rockstar rule site: "Your video must feature content from GTA Online: Further Adventures in Finance and Felony and/or Executives and Other Criminals. Your video must be between 2 and 5 minutes in length. Your video must be published to Rockstar Games Social Club and tagged with the word '#CEO' between now and 11.59pm ET on July 18th, 2016 to be eligible. Your video must be made entirely using the Rockstar Editor." The jurors will judge in the beginning of August like: 25% entertainment 25% artistic value 25% editing quality 25% overall creativity On the CEO Video Pagelink you can see the videos which were uploaded so far.

yeah the whole sandy shores scene is awesome. Big cinema. It was funny to see what the chaos coordinated in this case. I could imagine that the Sandy Shores part as well as the final boat-and-yacht-parts will affect the jurors because of the sound. Our videos has the best sound with a big distance to the other videos i think. Some scenes in our video are edited with high effort, e.g. guiding the camera along a rocket needs patience. And there is only one other video , made by HappyHeart, that is edited in a way that lags, flashes and other faults cannot be seen. Happy heart is also brillant in moving the camera, bringing the video to rhythm and in telling a story. So among the videos uploaded so far it will be decided between Happy Hearts and our Video if you ask me. I am still waiting for my friend MrCozza to upload a video, but he couldn't promise. If he loads up a video und really has the time to record a story and edit it he will propably win.

I watched some of the contest videos this weekend. The jurors will have to watch a lot of shit but also i would say 5-8 videos which are interesting and/or fun to watch.
Editing quality will make 25% of the decision. The good editors are a handful. I would not say that i am a good editor yet but i am climbing up. Our video is different from all the other videos. The others are very often slow motion, ours is based on the musics rhythm. The pictures are cut with the sound in several scenes, e.g. after the attack over the Vinewood signal or the climpering of Grandpas Eyes in the beginning. Loberine plays his guitar in the rhythm of the music, Crew 1 opens and closes the doors of their vans to the rhythm, Levoy is shaking his head in the rhythm. The whole attack in Sandy Shores, the office scenes: all cut to bring action, music and camera into one beat. The other editors are not so aware of that. So if I judge the editing technique and accuracy i would actually give me a thumbsup.
25% is given to entertainment. I find 8 videos or so entertaining, don't think it were 10. Mostly it was boring because of the missing sounds. You cant use it when use too many different clips. The other editors must have very many clips in their video, so they dont have a consistent sound track. And if you use slowmotion like almost everyone except me you cant use the sound too. So that we have sounds is a big pluspoint for our video again. That makes it unique. Another aspect of entertainment should be the story. Almost every video in the contest is telling a story. But most of the stories are not consistent. They loose it while telling it. So our quite consistent story is a pluspoint, but in my opinion there are two videos who tell a better story in a better way. But: they are made with 3 or 4 players. We have done Crewwork. We have the best bombing scenes. We have the best firework and the little race in the sea is very nicely cut too, with the crotch of Fred. and believe it or not: the cameradance along the cars if funny. So: our video contains everything, is very entertaining, but there are others.
The artistic value, also 25% - hm, what kind of artistic value is meant here? Is our video only a well-cut boomboom? Tell me about it if you want. As the creator of that shit i cant see the artistic value. It was a production. It will need a time to see what is the result, if it should be artistic i would be glad of course.
The overall creativity - 25% - I cannot judge that too. Our story is so so simple. Guys pick up a van, after they were observed in the city and attacked in the hills. There is a golden watch in it. Tadaaa. Fireworks. I absolutely think that in the last two points Happy-hearts video is far, far away from all the others. In my own feelings our video is more a solid handwork made in germany. Oh no, in Belgium, sorry. ))

Btw: I want to remove the #CEO from the 720p version, which i uploaded first and which you commented. The 720p-version will stay online and the comments are not lost. But for the contest i want to make sure that the 1080p version has the #CEO.
You know there is a bug in the game, made for Rockstar Editor users. When you make a video you often have to change the graphic settings, because you dont want to edit in highest quality, but want to see your results in high quality and with the automatic postprocessing. That's the only way to cut a video without showing the lags, because the lags are shown differently in different rendering qualities. So u need to render in highest quality to watch the scene you made. But: when you edit again you have to set the graphic settings low again, because everything is quicker and you dont have to wait so much.
The bug is: sometimes when you restart the game after having changed the graphic settings the screen mode changes from fullscreen to window-mode. And that's why i uploaded the 720p-version first. I didnt realize that that just happened. It is learning by doing......

Here comes the propably final version of the Movie that we created. It includes almost every scene we recorded, some scenes which are missing here can be seen in the Outtakes. I have some graphics problems these days - sorry for that. I decided to finish the work on the CEO-stuff yesterday to be free for the new project (Crew Cut). So we have to live with it - dont watch it in Fullscreen, take a normal internet-format and it will mostly be fine. I uploaded it to the new GTV8 Youtube-Channel. Have fun with it!

Definitely the music i love and listen while playing GTA, great stuff, WD xD. Yep, i picked the music from your youtube-channel. My favourite part is the third song with the yacht-scenes. Or no, the part from Rushkis tug-boat-scene with the skycrapers up to the end. Includes the most new scenes, that's why i like it most i think.
