obviously not all drivers were at 60 hz / fps So yeah, it's everytime a problem. But I can only appeal to the fairness.
So be sure, your game is running on 60fps. If your Monitor has more than 60Hz with VSync in game, you can lock the fps with Software like MSI Afterburner.

obviously not all drivers were at 60 hz / fps can lock the fps with Software like MSI Afterburner I had 144hz monitor for many years, in GTA, you can still select 60hz refresh in the settings regardless of monitor's max rate. Takes like 10 seconds to apply it. You can also easily set rate for given monitor system-wide through nvidia control panel, windows settings or whatever amd has. I'd like to second on the notion of grid behavior or certain participants - I don't think it has place in such events and I condemn it. So I'd like to reinstate: - No weapons during start grid, regardless of ammunition type. That includes pyrotechnics, fireworks, throwables, flammables, up 'n' atomizers and such. Stay unarmed
- Obviously, no usage of weapons during the race either. That includes firing them regardless of direction or target.
- No punching or driving into players
Overall, it was fun, my notes: - races #2 (Grapeseed/TClassic), #4 (Blaine County/Visione) and #8 (Dipping the GOH/Carbo) I probably enjoyed the most
- #6 (Around Vinewood/CheetahClassic) was very difficult due to nighttime and out of my general comfort zone
- most accidents I observed were due to cornering - either rear-ends or "understeer" collisions from the inside due to late breaking or domino effect
- from personal encounters, everyone I had accident with paid the penalty when they were at wrong
- the Brioso race, as one can expect, was a hot mess as usual, but one thing that I personally noticed was when Rump sent Naud into a lamp post (didn't stop). There was a little lag though.
- slightly over 50% of people put the roof down on Carbo. Respect!
- I might've underachieved my middle-fingering quota during Carbo race...

Yeah, as he said, sadly these glitches are in the game, but thats the game and so many gamers are using these for their own advance. Many glitches are not possible on Keyboard and thats not realy fair!  And it looks so weird for me, braking during a straight road, to get the braking boost etc. I have seen this Video yesterday too and that's the perfect example how stupid it looks like in the game. That's not gaming, that's just bullshit. I'm not a fan of these techniques.
But if someone can agree with his conscience...Ok?! It is extremely noticeable. The same during the Event. I thought we are fair racer!
