just one fact:
In my group of friends and relatives i have heard of 4-5 bans within the last 2 years.
Those guys were not complaining because they knew what they have done.
In the same group we got like 12 bans within the last couple of days, all experienced
and clean gamers. And all (pretend to be ) innocent.

Hi Got the mail about my definitive ban yesterday morning. It's definitive because I already got banned 2 times maybe 2 or 3 years ago I used mods. After that I always played clean. Had some bank balances at every DLC until smugglers (after that they stopped to empty my bank so I felt clean about my dirty money) Lately I sold an old duplicated car, so I can't be sure, I sold some of them wisely maybe one a week for 1 or 2 month. So I migh deserve it. But the wierd thing that looks as a bug or a modder attack, My account shows now rank : 0 Money in bank : 35 Millions When I only had around 4 Millions the last time I played. I didn't try to complain to R* I'm pretty sure they never come back on ban decisions. (found a gtav for 19€  applied the cd key to a new sclub account and I play it on my existing game installation) |

There seems to be some progress. The Tunables have been updated once again, they may have tackled the OOTB wave. Now, the ban revoking is expected, hopefully they are able to reinstate all accounts with no losses for those caught in the OOTB.
