There is sometimes a Romero Hears at the Hill Valley Church/ Cementery in Pacific Bluffs.
You try to sell the NPC modded Dubsta2? i tried more than 2 hours to find him. I looked some videos, was driving with a Dubsta around the LS Customs midday, but no chance. The same with NPC modded Dominator. Its very rare. I prefer the NPC modded Sentinel. Less worth but much more chance to spawn. 3-5 vehicles in 6 GTA hours.
