Big playlist of rallies and offroad races. 5 proper offroad races with big trucks, (Kamacho, Caracara, Hellion, Trophy truck. Vagrant will be banned). + I try to pick 5-7 of my best and hardest rally tracks.
Rally cars to have =
Sports: Omnis/Tropos/Lynx/Sentinel classic/Elegy retro
Sport classics: both Retinues/Savestra/Casco
Super: Sultan RS
Sedan: Schafter v12
Maybe 1 or 2 tracks for the Brioso.

Do we need a Hellion (track locked for Hellion) or is it just optional?
Is there any other Rally track, which is locked to a specific car and we just notice this at the start of vehicle selection. Could you please check this before?  Because you have some tracks with weird locked cars that you rarely remember.  |

yes, i will open classes to every track i add to the list. And if i ever restrict vehicles in my rallies, they are the high grip ones, like issi wissi and flash gt. In the offroad races, you can pick anything exept vagrant/bikes.
In the sports class, i'd like to keep this list with only the classic ones. Will look into the tracks this week, and some test drives too.

I just don't like when everyone has literally the same vehicle model, or when it's non-contact, or when players spread out so I'm driving there alone as if I'm in single player - no chat, no voice, no one else around. And then DNF.

it will include both, nocon, and contact races, depending on the track. some of the tracks are so tight and tricky, so no-con is a must. off roads are all with contact.

The event should just always include GMT0 (UTC) time as reference. Rushki will probably contain the ones we did two days ago 1 2 3 4Also, probably some from rallye 2018 and rallye march 2019 rallyemaster Imo, it's really hard to stay for players if it's over an hour, gets exhausting and hard to concentrate. |

rallyemaster got a few guestions 1 - do you know if it'll be set to GTA mode? Asking cuz if so, I might need to de-plate the cars, so that players don't drive with my name on cloned cars 2 - if there'll be a Schafter race, I'd like to bring the V-STR for diversity. I drive it a lot lately so I'm more used to it 3 - I'm a bit confused about mention of Lynx as it doesn't really fit any rally tracks. Anyhow, if it's used, I'd probably substitute it with Alpha, Schlagen or 8F if allowed

I've stated the cars we use already. Maybe we can do 1 surprise race with GTA option, who knows... life is like a box of choccolates..

Good job Ralleymaster, thank your for hosting this Playlist.
But how many are realy interested for the GTV8 Crew? Maybe 10 or something.  It's realy frustrating, that we're not getting more players into the previously announced Event. The crewmember are online, but in other games, even though they knew about the Playlist/Event. It's everytime funny (not) to get invites from these players for other games, before the event starts. Fun Fact: I noticed this the last Events the last years. At the spontaneous training sessions and get to know the tracks, days before the event, the race lobby has more active racer compared to the actual previously announced event. 
And the second thing is the rage quiter, no words, nothing. And the lobby is getting smaller and smaller. Whatever the reasons for it, thats an absolute NO-GO in my opinion! There are people who work to organize interaction and racing with the crew and there people who left the Event without any word, thats not realy fair! Instead off doing a rage quit, talk to each other, whats the problem or issue. And the most important thing, READ the forum to be informed, if you have other ideas or suggestions, post your thoughts before the Event, so that no bad surprises happen during the event. (wrong cars/bad tracks/I'm crying I have no such cars, I don't like some people, I don't like the racing style etc.)
A previously announced Crew-Event with less than 10 players is a joke. In GTA 4 times, we had every day/evening a full (+20) race lobby.
That's my opinion about that situation and I don't care if I have stepped on the tie. (german phrase). You are in the crew, so be a crewmember!

Thanks for hosting rallyemaster. The cars will now rest lonely in the garage...  RushkiFirst, I think there's generally less players playing V now, or they moved on. I don't see many gtv8 regulars lately that I used to. I think it's inevitable that people get bored and move on. I used to be in a legendary GTAV Cruises crew, which died eventually, people just lost interest in hosting / participating / keeping it alive. While I'm quite conservative in the way that I do like an old school forum, I think very little members do care to visit the crew forum for info. I don't know anything about GTAIV days, but things were different back then. These days, it's all about reddit & Discord. I'm not a fan of Discord because I find it psychologically exhausting to keep up with all the chats crap, but for events / communication, it's very useful, especially voice. (I miss not having voice chat) The R* Social Club - I think very few people check it for updates. I just casually noticed the announcement notification, but could have easily missed it. We had plenty of people on Grotti / Vanilla events, and if enough people would want to play again, they'll join. On quitting, I didn't think much of it, I thought people just got tired / fed up and left... Yeah, myself I prefer to at least stay until a race end, that's why I hate DNF and respawning, it's like a matter of honor for me to finish or drive back onto track lol. Some of last night's races were messy but we all knew and expected it with those tracks / cars. That kind of road requires care & accuracy, but when it's a race it's nearly impossible to perfectly balance between that and competitiveness. Especially on inclines - you either get rammed in the back or hit someone up front. I think I tried to push a few times and only made it worse. I know I voiced my contempt of non-contact a lot, but I've to admit that Grapeseed and Canyon races were some of the more enjoyable yesterday. |
