Since 2 or more weeks, there is a Bug/Issue in Social Club/GTA Online, that causes many players are not inviteable via Social Club or Pause Menu in GTA Online (Mobile Phone) or you can't join him even though he's in a puplic/friend session.

You can invite these players from the last job, via Crew invites or sometimes after a game restart.

Beckosun found in the internet a way to avoid this issue!

Ingame go to Settings in Social Club
Game settings
~~you can do it aswell via Browser RSSC, if you logged in~~
Status/Profile visibility settings
change to "Everyone"
logout and login
Try this way the next days and tell everyone
