So I had 6 consecutive wonderful days without a ctd, but now all of a suuden the ctd's are back  .Think I'm gonna leave this game alone for a few weeks for now to see if R*/Microsoft/NVIDIA get their collective sh*t together to sort this out, its just too frustrating to attempt to play atm. |

Damn it, I'm sorry for you.  But I did the same. Since end of August, I'm just a passive player in GTA Online, because the crashing issues got worse and worse. This makes no sense to play with friends or other guys, because there is no teamplay and competition possible with these random crashes. I'm with you!
These days, I can't even play in story mode, because the crashes happens again. And I can't test the offline story mode, because the new launcher needs the game online. I think it's a bug.
So let's hope for a comming soon patch day.

does this also count for this weird "unable to launch GTAV" error? I've experienced this error a few days ago, running on 436.30 though. Should I update it?

If it's because of connection, it's just Rockstar services or Steam

Today, I had a first test in GTA Online since October. 3hours without crashes or any issues. Hopefully the update tomorrow will be OK  |

5 hours, without any crashes and issues. I played some Freemode, the first Casino Heist prep mission and long PL with Hunting Pack and Sumo.
