1. It's not confirmed, but I doubt it. 2. RDR is GTA in Western Setting, but on the other hand you can't compare these games. Because it's a western game with fewer opportunities in gameplay and the philosophy. It's more chilling and grilling. I could image to upgrade horse and the care of it, with better food, better combs , other halters and saddles, horseshoew and horse wisperer etc. But yeah, it's not so exciting as for cars for a racer. Look at that!
