I have found lately that this method has been there since 2015, and never got patched so perhaps it never will. Can't remember who was the one who showed it to me, so sorry for that.
Some of us already know about this, but also many others in need of money do not, hence i decided to post it here. We are talking about 750k for hosts every 2 finales in about 30 mins.
This will allow the player hosting, to replay the finale without doing the setups again, so here is how it works:
The Host needs to:
1. Complete all setups of the heist.
2. Load the Heist and invite friends/crew.
3. Set the cut to 0% and give 60% to next finale host, 20% money to the players. (You are not taking anything, just will be trading with the next Heist host 60%)
4. Start playing as usual. When you enter the vault, let one player to grab all the cash and continue completing the heist with kuruma or whatever is best for you.
5. Don't drive the Dinghy, other player should drive the Dinghy, the driver will head straight to final CP.
6. Once you are passing under the bridge on the Dinghy, you need to close the game asap using alt+f4 and then pressing enter or disconnect your network connection.
7. Restart game. Others will complete the heist.
Now next host repeats this procedure.
Important: Do not host 2 finales in a row or it might get reset, and you will have to do all setups again regardless, always refresh by completing any other job or setup or race, whatever. Find a new session then host again if u want.

Do the other people in the heist even get money then? As I have seen when I joined the mission just failed when you went out. Didn't notice any payout.

That's why the host takes 0% cut, so the 100% is still gained by the rest.
Regarding fails, it is always worse if your fail is because of late timing, if you fail because you did it too early, you can always just restart from the finale, and not have to deal with the setups. When did you joined btw? i haven't seen you
