The crew emblem feature was fine for 1 year then suddenly some weeks ago, the emblem backgrounds became white, after this happened, every other emblem we put has a white background totally wrecking the way it looks, and to be honest it looks like shit... I tried changing between different emblems with futility. We really need a solution or a workaround please!

I think there are not many things worse for the support than an open ticket. Especially if they will have to wait for others to do their job until they can close it.

I can imagine how hectic GTA V launch on PC was for a R* support agent, still not a good excuse for that "need" of hanging up the call, a better policy would have been just not answering the phone calls at all imho. ;D
