Loberine Yeah, I know. This is why I checked if the stock T20 was on the same pace (and it was fine until the hotfix came) and don't want too long races. In the case someone had to respawn I'd op to just let that person drive with his default car. marvelI think it's a nice idea to have everybody go through the pit lane at least once. The races are not that short and respawns should be avoided if possible so having pit lanes ensures that people don't have to drive a broken car after a starting crash for example. By making the pit stop mandatory you don't just lose if you make a pit stop. Nut no, there won't be any control over that, I'll just trust the other crew members on this one. If they want to participate in this event, they should play by the rules.

Rushki Yeah, that's a very nice pit lane. I like the idea of having a repair-icon as an indicator. But could you get a 30 player starting grid for this? Just in case...

Yeah thats a problem in this grid. It's to less space, I tried everything in the original track, but no chance. I could add a small grid for 30 player with all vehicle, like in Against the Flow. But Im not a fan of this.

Small starting grids really aren't that great for contact races. I don't think we are getting 28 players for this as long as this is a event for GTV8 only, was just thinking that we might re-use some of the tracks later on for something more popular. For now, this will do just fine.

Here is the result of my Pitlane Versions. Richman Line PitlaneLook into space PitlaneDon't drink&drive PitlaneTell me if you need more tracks. I think the file of Against the Flow is broken. I can't copy or update this track. There is everytime a issue with the Rockstar Cloudserver, but the Server is working. Other tracks are fine for copy and update. So I have to recreate the track. This takes a time I've found a way to add 30 racers with the middle grid at the same position. Double Glitch or something.

I also think the number of races should not be too high, in the given range from 6 to 8 races I'd rather go with 6 because of the waiting time. But as long as we don't have to spawn cars for more than half the people I think this is okay (as long as we split it so not one person spawns all the cars ). I don't think the T20 is competetive any more. It was 1.5 seconds slower on a lap of 1:30 Minutes. That was before the hotfix. I don't like the idea of people who destroyed a borrowed car being out of the race. The destroying itself would rather be about getting stuck or falling off something, maybe into water, which could happen. Excluding everyone who doesn't have the car wouldn't make for a very interesting event in my opinion.

Just tried them all, very nicely done. The one thing I found a bit problematic is the pit lane on Against the flow taking half the width of the street. Would have gone for something more like (Down is where you come from, the start is to the left, the right is where you could make the pit lane a bit longer like in the original)

Yeah my first thoughts to the pitlane was here the red line. It's a perfect road for a pitlane and it's more safety to come back from the pitlane. But it's a long way for short cuts. I haven't enough props for that. And the route is a bit too long for this high speed track. Or you mean i should take the red pitlane exit in the picture as a pitlane? Like the original, just left from the river?

The picture I took was fro that spot, too. Should work just fine. Also the entrance just needs to be a bit wider than the cars, like the side of the road there.

Ok, I'll do my best It's a incredible dangerous highspeed track section, so I think its better to place this pitlane a bit bigger than usual. I will have a look.

Just edited the first post to display the rules and important information. Please let me know if there is something missing or unclear. Getting this information out during the event might be a problem. I can't copy and paste things into the game chat. Also I am thinking about using this track in this event. It is very short (about a minute per lap) which means we would drive many laps. This way it would be more likely for people to lap others which might be a different experience than on the other tracks. I'm not sure if it might be to extreme though.
